I recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for private dinners, and 4-6 weeks for larger events or special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays or corporate gatherings. For last-minute requests, feel free to reach out subject to availability, I will always do my best to accommodate you.

How much does a private chef experience cost?

Every experience is bespoke, so pricing depends on the number of guests, menu complexity, and whether additional staff are required. As a general guide, private dinners start from £180 per person for an intimate tasting menu experience. Canapé receptions and larger events are quoted individually. Ingredients are included in all packages. Get in touch for a personalised quote there is no obligation.

All packages include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, preparation, cooking, plating and presentation and full kitchen clean-up after the event. I arrive 2–3 hours before service to set up and ensure everything runs seamlessly. Optional add-ons include sommelier-paired wines, waiting staff, and floral or table styling through trusted partners.

Do you bring all the ingredients and equipment?

Yes, I source all ingredients personally, selecting seasonal and premium quality produce from trusted London suppliers. I also bring any specialist equipment needed. You simply need a functional kitchen with a hob and oven. Crockery, glassware and cutlery can be arranged through me if required.

What style of cuisine do you cook?

My cooking is rooted in modern European fine dining, shaped by my background at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Le Cordon Bleu training. That said, every menu is built around you from a relaxed sharing dinner to a structured multi-course tasting experience. I will always propose menus tailored to your preferences, the season, and the mood of the occasion.

How many courses will the menu have?

Menus are entirely flexible. A typical private dinner runs 4 to 7 courses, including amuse-bouche, starter, fish, meat and dessert, with optional cheese and petits fours. For canapé receptions I recommend 8–12 pieces per person. For more casual occasions, a 3-course menu works beautifully. We will agree on the format together during the consultation.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies?

Absolutely. I am experienced in catering for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, kosher and allergen-specific requirements. I take allergies very seriously, please share all dietary needs when enquiring so I can design a menu that is both safe and genuinely delicious for every guest at the table.
